July 2025 Release Notes

These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the HHAeXchange Enterprise software. As HHAeXchange is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.

Minnesota - Added Residing Caregiver Information Closed

Information was added about the Residing Caregiver feature. For more information, see Minnesota DHS EVV Data Aggregator API Specifications.

Non-Homecare Import SFTP and File Requirements Closed

Added import file formatting requirements. For more information, see Non-Homecare Import SFTP and File Requirements.

Pennsylvania - Updated Payer Configuration and Requirements Tables Closed

Missed Visits are now required for all payers. For more information, see Pennsylvania Payer Configuration and Requirements Tables.

Revised Guide Added - EDI Provider Rebilling Closed

A revised guide with updated instructions and screenshots was created for rebilling scenarios. For more information, see EDI Provider Rebilling.

Illinois Overnight Visit Split Requirement for IDDD and DSCC Closed

IL Division of Developmental Disabilities (IDDD) and IL Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) requires that Visits that span multiple calendar days to be split at midnight. Overnight visits that do not meet this requirement will fail to process successfully into HHAeXchange.
