August 2025 Release Notes

These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the HHAeXchange Enterprise software. As HHAeXchange is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.

The following new procedure codes were added:

T1004:U7 Home Health Aide Services - Agency Provider Parent Hourly DSCC
T1004:TU:U7 Home Health Aide Services - Agency Provider Parent (Overtime) Hourly DSCC

Codes T1002:CR and T1003:CR are no longer active and were removed. For more information, see Illinois Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Data Aggregator API Specifications.
