October 2025 Release Notes

These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the HHAeXchange Enterprise software. As HHAeXchange is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.

The following service code was added.

T1002HN Intermittent and skilled nursing. BSN  HN modifier is for bachelor’s degree level  RN

The following import rejection codes were added for member physician imports.

101 Agency Tax ID is required.
102 Medicaid Number is required.
103 First Name is required.
104 Last Name is required.
105 Physician Type is required.
106 NPI is required.
107 Is Primary Physician is required.
108 Incorrect format of License Expiration Date.
109 Incorrect format of Suspension Date.
110 Incorrect format of Revoke Date.
111 Incorrect Phone value.
112 Incorrect Phone 2 value.
113 Incorrect Phone 3 value.
114 Incorrect Fax value.
115 Incorrect Is Primary Physician value.
116 Incorrect Accepts Medicaid value.
117 Incorrect Is Primary Address value.
118 Incorrect State value.
119 City, State and Zip Code is required when Address 1 has value.
120 {{columnName}} exceeds maximum length of {{configvalue}} characters.
121 Incorrect value of Zip Code.
131 Provider not found in HHAX.
132 Invalid Agency Tax Id.
133 Invalid State.
134 Invalid Physician Type.
