Linking to my Agency

HHAeXchange offers 2 versions of our app, HHAeXchange and HHAeXchange+. Note the plus sign in the name of the app and ensure you are referencing instructions for the correct version of the app.

  1. From the top right of the top panel, click the three dots icon.

    The Main Screen

  2. Select the agency from the Agency Selection list.

    Switch Offices

    You must provide every agency with a mobile ID for proper syncing/linking with the system.
