How do I set my availability in the mobile app?

HHAeXchange offers 2 versions of our app, HHAeXchange and HHAeXchange+. Note the plus sign in the name of the app and ensure you are referencing instructions for the correct version of the app.

To set your availability, your office/agency must enable this feature.

The My Availability function lets you set, review, and change your availability preferences. Follow the steps below to set your availability.

  1. From the Main screen, tap My Availability.

  2. On the Regular Availability tab, select the day you want to edit or tap Clear this Week to remove all your availability preferences for the week.

  3. If you selected a day to edit, make your changes and tap Save.

  4. Select the Special Availability tab at the top of the My Availability page to set an alternate availability schedule.
