How do I change my Agency?

HHAeXchange offers 2 versions of our app, HHAeXchange and HHAeXchange+. Note the plus sign in the name of the app and ensure you are referencing instructions for the correct version of the app.

Complete the following steps to switch between your connected agencies.

To change Providers,

  1. From the Menu, tap Providers.

  2. On the Providers page, select from the list of connected Providers and tap Change Active Provider to open the Select a Provider page.

  3. Select the Provider.

If configured, Third-Party Terms must be accepted. Then, the Schedule page displays.

If the Provider is not shown on the Providers page, tap Add a New Provider. On the Connect Your Account page, enter the Provider's Activation Code and tap Submit Code. Finish Provider account setup steps in the Sign Up Here topic.
