Why can't the caregiver install the mobile app? What is needed for a caregiver to install the mobile app?
Make sure the caregiver is using the following phone versions:

Apple devices must use iOS version 15.0 or higher

Android devices must use version 10.0 (Marshmallow) or higher
The mobile app supports iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 15 or higher, including:

iPhone 6s and newer

iPhone SE (1st gen and newer)

iPad Air 2 and newer
-
iPad (5th generation and newer)
-
iPad mini 4 and newer
-
All iPad Pro models
To check your version, go to Settings > General > About. To update your device, go to Settings > General > Software Update. The software update may take awhile.
The app supports Android devices running version 10 or higher, including most smartphones and tablets released since 2019. This includes popular brands such as:

Samsung Galaxy (S10 and newer, A series, Note 10 and newer)

Google Pixel (Pixel 3 and newer)

Motorola, OnePlus, LG, and other major Android brands from 2019 onward
To check your Android version, go to Settings > About Phone > Software Information.
HHAeXchange+ Mobile App requires your device to be iOS 15+ and Android 10+. If you are on an older, unsupported device and operating system, it is not supported due to App Store restrictions and security requirements.
Option 1: Update your Device Operating System
This option is not recommended if you are currently at a Client's home, as updates can take some time and you cannot use the app while the device is updating. If this is the case, proceed to Option 2.
This update is completed manually from your device Settings. Software upgrades take awhile to complete. Connect to power and Wi-Fi before starting the update process.

To update an iOS device, go to Settings > General > Software Update and tap Download and Install.

To update an Android device, open Settings, find About phone or System, tap Software update, and then follow the on-screen prompts to download and install any available updates.
Option 2: Use the Web Version of the App
The web version can only be used in Online mode. The offline feature is not supported. The web version of the app does not work if you already migrated to the new HHAeXchange+ Mobile App.

For easy access, you can save the web version of the app on your home screen. To do so, open the website in your mobile browser, tap the share or menu icon, and select Add to Home Screen. On Android, you can find this option in the three-dot menu in Chrome, while on iPhone, you'll find it in Safari's share menu. After naming the shortcut, you can confirm to add it to your home screen, where it appears like any other app icon.
