Make sure the caregiver is using the following phone versions:

  • Apple iPhones must use iOS version 15.0 or higher

  • Android phones must use version 10.0 (Marshmallow) or higher

The app supports iPhones and iPads running iOS or iPadOS 15 or higher, including:

  • iPhone 6s and newer

  • iPhone SE (1st gen and newer)

  • iPad Air 2 and newer

  • iPad (5th generation and newer)

  • iPad mini 4 and newer

  • All iPad Pro models

To check your version, go to Settings > General > About. To update your device, go to Settings > General > Software Update.

The app supports Android devices running version 10 or higher, including most smartphones and tablets released since 2019. This includes popular brands such as:

  • Samsung Galaxy (S10 and newer, A series, Note 10 and newer)

  • Google Pixel (Pixel 3 and newer)

  • Motorola, OnePlus, LG, and other major Android brands from 2019 onward
