How do I view my availability preferences on the HHAeXchange+ Mobile app?

You can view your availability preferences once your agency enables access to the availability function on the HHAeXchange+ Mobile app.

Once enabled, to view your availability preferences:

  • From the Menu, tap My Availability.

  • The My Availability page shows your regular availability and special availability for the week.

  • A double green checkmark shows your preferred times. A single red checkmark shows possible, but not preferred, times.
