Why can’t I open the mobile app? Message: No internet connection.
HHAeXchange offers 2 versions of our app, HHAeXchange and HHAeXchange+. Note the plus sign in the name of the app and ensure you are referencing instructions for the correct version of the app.
You must update the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The HHAeXchange+ Mobile app encryption certificate changed on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
Any user not on HHAeXchange+ Mobile app version 24.1 or higher cannot access the mobile app.
Instead, the device displays the error message:
No internet connection detected. An internet connection is required to use this application. Please retry after establishing an active connection.
Update the app to version 24.1 or higher to access the mobile app.
