How do I view my availability preferences on the HHAeXchange+ Mobile app?
HHAeXchange offers 2 versions of our app, HHAeXchange and HHAeXchange+. Note the plus sign in the name of the app and ensure you are referencing instructions for the correct version of the app.
You can view your availability preferences once your agency enables access to the availability function on the HHAeXchange+ Mobile app.
Once enabled, to view your availability preferences:

From the Menu, tap My Availability.

The My Availability page shows your regular availability and special availability for the week.

A double green checkmark shows your preferred times. A single red checkmark shows possible, but not preferred, times.
