HHAeXchange+ Mobile App Agency My Availability
When enabled by the Agency, you can review your Availability preferences.
To review Availability, from the Menu, tap My Availability. The My Availability page displays your Regular Availability and Special Availability for the week. A double green checkmark designates preferred times. A single red checkmark designates possible but not preferred times.
To change Regular Availability, at the bottom of the Regular Availability tab, tap Edit Availability. On the Edit Availability page, expand the weekday to be changed. Make changes and tap Save.
To change Special Availability, at top right of the Special Availability tab, tap the Edit icon at top right. On the Edit Special Availability page, expand the weekday to be changed. Make changes and tap Save.
To add Special Availability, from the Special Availability tab, tap Add Special Availability. On the Add Special Availability page, expand the weekday to be added. Make entries and tap Save.
