Download the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App

This feature is activated by HHAeXchange System Administration. Contact HHAeXchange Support Team for details, setup, and guidance.

The HHAeXchange+ Mobile App is used to:

  • Clock In and Clock Out for services requiring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

  • Manage Caregiver Availability

  • Perform other administrative tasks

  • Review Patient and Visit information

The HHAeXchange+ Mobile App is available to download from the iPhone App Store or the Android Google Play. Search for HomeCareHub in the search bar of the App Store or Google Play and then select the Download button.

Caregivers are responsible to download and install the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App onto their personal mobile device.

After installing the App, Caregivers must Sign Up in the app to use HHAeXchange+ Mobile App. If required, you can connect to one or more Agencies.
