HomeCareHub Mobile App Offline Mode

The Offline Mode feature enables you to use the Mobile App when the internet is not available. When the internet connection is restored, the Mobile App automatically synchronizes with HHAeXchange.

When in Offline Mode, you can Log In with the Offline Pin, view your existing Patients, and Start and End Visits. A banner displays on the App when you are in Offline Mode.

If you select a feature that is unavailable offline a message displays Feature is not available while Offline.
