HHAeXchange+ Mobile App Self-Direction Consumer Shifts
This topic explains the steps for entering EVV data for a Single Consumer Shift.
Be sure your phone has Location Services turned ON when you Start or End a Shift so the shift's location can be recorded. HHAeXchange+ does not record your location during your shift; only your location at clock-in and your location at clock-out.

After logging in to the app, from the Consumers page, tap the name of the Consumer you are visiting.

When you are ready to start your visit, tap Start Visit.

A map will appear showing your current location. If you are within 200 feet of the Consumer's address, the Service location will show "Home". If you are outside this area, the Service Location will show "Community". You cannot adjust this field. Tap Continue.

On the Visit Settings page, select the Consumer Enrollment and Service Code

You can now navigate away from the app, or close it. To continue or end the shift, from the Consumers page, tap Continue Shift.

When you are finished with the shift, tap EVV Clock Out.

When prompted to Confirm Shift End, tap End Shift.
Instead of tapping End Shift, you can tap End Shift & Start a New Shift to end this shift and start another shift with the same Consumer.
