HHAeXchange+ Mobile App No Consumers/Missing Consumers on the Consumers Page
Having no Consumers on the Consumers page can be due to a missing connection between your app and your Agency/FMS Provider. To verify the connection:

Login to the Mobile App.

Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen

Tap Program Providers in the Menu

Your Agency/FMS Provider should be shown on the screen and marked as Active.

If your Agency/FMS Provider is listed and active, you will need to contact the Agency/FMS Provider for assistance.

If there are no Agencies listed, you may also see a warning that you've been disconnected from your Agency. To reconnect to your Agency, you will need to contact the Agency/FMS Provider for a new Verification code. See Missing Activation Code for instructions.
Contact your Agency/FMS Provider for assistance. You may be asked to send a screenshot of your Consumers page and/or the Program Providers page.
To access the Program Providers page:

Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen

Tap Program Providers in the Menu

If your connection to the Program Provider has been deactivated, you may see a message about it. Contact the Agency/FMS Provider for assistance. To reconnect you will need a new Activation Code. See Missing Activation Code for instructions.
