HHAeXchange+ Mobile App Self-Direction Visit Details
The Visit Details page gives the user information about the Consumer and necessary visit details. From Visit Details you will complete the required fields for your visit. The Visit Details page displays after you successfully clock in for a visit.

At the top of the Visit Details page, you can view Consumer information including their name, and home address.

Tap on More information to see the Consumer's ID, and address on a separate page.

In the middle of the Visit Details page, you can view details about the visit including the clock in time and current visit duration.

Prior to tapping EVV Clock Out to end the visit, you must complete any required fields in the Visit Settings section of the page.
The available and required fields may vary depending on the Consumer's program or the Agency/FMS Provider they work with.
