An Update to the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App is Coming!

The refreshed HHAeXchange+ app makes it easier for caregivers to clock in/out, track hours, and follow care plans. Agencies benefit from more accurate visit data and smoother operations—all in one simple app.

Caregiver Access

From October 27 to November 17, the updated HHAeXchange+ app will roll out in waves. Caregivers with automatic updates enabled on their phone will receive the new version simply by signing into the app-no new download needed. Some may see the update sooner than others, but all caregivers with automatic updates enabled will have access to the latest version by November 17.

  • If a caregiver does not have automatic updates enabled, they’ll need to manually update the app in their app store by December 3.

  • Caregivers downloading the HHAeXchange+ app for the first time after October 27 will immediately be on the updated version.

What’s different about the updated app?

At first login, caregivers will be prompted to set up the following:

  • Offline Mode PIN (Required): Helps caregivers stay connected even without internet access.

  • Biometric Login (Optional): Fingerprint or Face ID for faster, smoother access.

Once logged in, they will see the updated HHAeXchange+ app interface. They’ll start at the Point of Care launch pad:
