August 2025 Release Notes

Enterprise Version 25.08.01

These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the HHAeXchange Enterprise software. As HHAeXchange is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.

On August 11, 2025, the Patient Calendar displays visits in yellow text to indicate that a visit has active Prebilling exceptions. When all Prebilling exceptions are resolved, the text turns green.

Providers utilizing API functionality can now pull MD Orders from the HHAeXchange portal via API. The Orders can then be signed by a physician and sent back into the system.

Previously, this functionality was not available.

A series of improvements have been made to address reported issues and enhance your experience. Here’s a quick overview at what’s been resolved in this release.

  • A bug involving the inability to attach documentation to Visits has been fixed.

  • A bug involving Custom Fields in the Clinical Module not saving has been fixed.

  • A bug causing Masterweeks to default to the wrong end-of-week day has been fixed.

  • A bug causing compliant Visits to display as having Pre-Billing issues has been fixed.

  • A bug causing unrelated error messages to appear after incorrectly entering times in incorrect formats has been fixed.

  • A bug causing Billled and Paid indicators to not display correctly on the Caregiver Calendar has been fixed.

  • A bug causing certain areas in the HHAeXchange system to default to Wednesday as the Provider's end-of-week day has been fixed.

  • A bug causing values to incorrectly map to the wrong days of the week has been fixed.

  • A bug that caused missed visits to incorrectly deduct both the missed visit time and travel time from authorizations has been fixed.

  • A bug causing live chat support to not display has been fixed.

  • A bug causing an error with the date picker in the Overtime Dashboard has been fixed.

  • A bug causing the inability to save information on the Referral Patient Management page has been fixed.

  • A bug causing Authorization blackout dates to save incorrectly has been fixed.

  • A bug causing dates to not display correctly on the Patient Referral Management page has been fixed.

  • A bug causing notes on the Caregiver Notes page not to save has been fixed.

  • A bug causing internal notes to not be available has been fixed.

  • A bug causing the termination date of rehired Caregivers to not appear has been fixed.

  • A bug causing Visits with pre-billing exceptions to appear in green in the Calendar view has been fixed.

  • A bug causing reasons for Caregiver Notes to not display correctly has been fixed.

  • A bug causing the confirmation button to malfunction when Caregiver absence and in-service overlap has been fixed.

  • A bug causing the Calendar module to display incorrectly has been fixed.

  • A bug causing information entered on the Patient Referral Info page not to save has been fixed.

  • A bug causing notes in the Collections module to not be available has been fixed.

  • A bug causing dates not to save correctly on a Caregiver absence has been fixed.

  • A bug preventing the update of Duties from the Prebilling module has been fixed.

  • A bug preventing the selection of multiple offices on the Overtime Dashboard search page has been fixed.

  • A bug causing Masterweeks not to save has been fixed.

  • A bug causing hours not to be allocated based on the day of the week across the entire duration of the Authorization has been fixed.
