HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.
New Features
The refreshed HHAeXchange+ Mobile App makes it easier for caregivers to clock in/out, track hours, and follow care plans. Agencies benefit from more accurate visit data and smoother operations—all in one simple app.
The HHAeXchange+ Mobile App refresh applies only to HHAeXchange+ Mobile App users and not HHAeXchange Mobile App users.

If you have automatic updates enabled on your phone, receive the new version simply by signing into the app-no new download needed.

If you do not have automatic updates enabled, you need to manually update the app from your app store by December 3.

If you download the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App for the first time after November 3 you are automatically on the updated version.

Enhancements
The Daily Allocate Authorization Hour feature under Patient > Search Patient > Auth/Orders > Authorizations now allows you to allocate Authorization Hours for specific days of the week.

All Days - Evenly divides the Authorization Hours across all days.
Example: If you enter 2 hours daily, 2 hours are allocated for each day, Monday through Sunday.

Specific Days - Allocates Authorization Hours based on the hours entered for each specific day.
Example: If you enter 2 hours for Tuesday and 1 hour for Thursday, 2 hours are allocated every Tuesday and 1 hour every Thursday during the Authorization period.
