Call Exception Notification Setup

In this section of the Agency Info page, Agencies can determine which employees receive email notifications pertaining to verification failures or issues. It is available under Admin > Agency Info > Call Exception Notification Setup.

The Call Exception Notification Setup section displays alert email fields with checkbox indications for alert times such as weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday.

Field Description

Alert Emails (Weekdays / Weekends)

Enter the email address(es) in respective fields of the individual(s) at an Agency who receive notifications for failed Time and Attendance verifications, Missed Visits, and other visit verification items.

Weekday / Saturday / Sunday

Select the times when notification emails are to be sent. Generally, notification emails are sent outside of regular office hours, when system users would not be monitoring the Call Dashboard. Indicate the time and frequency on respective days (Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
