Secondary Verification Calls

Secondary Verification Calls serve as an audit tool by sending out automated calls to confirm that a Caregiver is working their scheduled shift. This feature can be found under Admin > Agency Profile.

The Secondary Verification Calls section displays fields for call verification auditing.

Verification Call Audit %

Enter the percentage of visits to receive a secondary verification call.

Audit Calls on Week-End

Select to determine whether audit calls are made for weekend visits.
