HHAeXchange+ Mobile App Duties
The Duties page allows you to document tasks performed throughout the visit. If enabled by the Agency, the Duties tile displays in the Schedule > Visit > Visit Details page. Add and modify tasks performed throughout the visit prior to Clock Out.
Duties display for an Unscheduled Visit if the Patient has one active Authorization with POC Tasks.
If one Service Code is associated with the visit, the Duties display, as shown in the example below.
If more than one Service Code is associated with the Visit, then an option to select the Service Code displays. Select the Service Code and the correct duties display., shown in the example below.
