HHAeXchange+ Mobile App eMAR Feature

The eMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record) feature under Visit Details > eMAR, is a digital version of a patient's medication chart to track, manage, and document medication administration in real-time.

• Enables nurses to document medication administration and treatment administration.

• Provides a record of medication adherence.

• Real-time medication administration tracking and drug-to-drug interaction checking.

• Supports PRN documentation, missed doses, and medication reconciliation.

You can sort medications by the Medication or by the Time.

Document Administration of Medication

To document the administration of medication,

1. Go to Visit Details > eMAR.

2. Select the medication drop-down.

   

3. Select Document Administration.

4. Complete all fields, and the select Save. Complete for all listed medications.
