Employer Onboarding Feature
The Employer Onboarding feature under Payroll > Employer > Employer Onboarding allows you to set up Payroll for your agency. Set this up once and done. Your HHAeXchange Onboarding Specialist will help you complete these steps. This topic is for information only.
Every task you need to complete is listed on this page. Select Start beside each task. Complete each task. Once all task are complete - you are ready to go!
The notification that You're all set! displays after you complete each section on the Employer Onboarding.
Select Start beside Let's get started. Complete all fields and then select Save.
Select Start beside Add your work location. Select Add a work location, complete all fields, and then select Save.
Select Start beside Set up a pay group. Select Add a pay group, complete all fields, and then select Save.
Select Start beside Get your team ready. Complete all fields in each section, select Next to go to the next section. You can select Finish Setup by each employee and complete this section or select Finish up later to complete this section later.
Do it myself:
Select Start beside Fill in your Tax Info. Complete all fields in each section, and then select Save.
Select Start beside Add company Bank Account. Select Connect with Plaid or Add Manually. Complete all fields.
To complete your bank account, select Start beside Verify company Bank Account. Complete all fields, and then select Save.
Select Start beside Sign Company Documents. Complete all fields in each section, and then select Sign.
