• Unemployment Account Number: Find your account number on any communication sent by the AZ DOR or the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES). If you have a history of filing state payroll tax returns, you can locate your Unemployment Tax Account Number on any previously submitted Unemployment Tax and Wage Report (UC-018). The Unemployment Tax Account Number follows an eight-digit format: XXXXXXXX.

• Current SUI Rate: Find your Arizona Unemployment Rate on the annual notice sent by the VEC orby calling the agency at (602) 771-6602.
