Successful completion of the registration process with the Department of Taxation automatically generate your Employment Commission Account Number for state unemployment taxes.

Your Employment Commission Account Number is online, or on any previously filed quarterly reports. If you have any questions, call (804) 786-1082.

Your Employer Tax Rate is on the Tax Rate Notice sent each December.
