Member Search Page

The Member Search page lets you find Members in the Non-Homecare Portal using a variety of search filters. You can search by:

  • Last Name: The Member’s last name

  • First Name: The Member’s first name

  • Member ID: The unique ID assigned to the Member

  • Payer: The Payer associated with the Member

  • Phone Number: The Member’s contact number

  • Office: The office location associated with the Member

Click on a Member's name in the search results to view their Authorizations, any Notes written about them, and their Billing information, as well as basic demographic details.
