Non-EVV Call Reprocessing and Manual Linking
In some states, Caregivers can manually enter non-EVV time when clocking out. When a non-EVV call is processed and manually linked in the Provider application, the system automatically updates the number of billable hours in the Adjusted Hours field under the visit Billing Info tab.
If a non-EVV call is manually unlinked in the Provider application, the system automatically decreases the number of billable hours in the field accordingly.
