Alerts Management
Users in authorized roles can add Real Time Alerts for the following occurrences:

Authorization Expiring
-
Member Change of Plan
-
Missed Visits
-
No Active Authorization
-
No Services After Authorization Start
-
No Services After Placement Start
Users in authorized roles can edit and delete Real Time Alerts as explained below.
Users access existing alerts from the Admin menu by selecting Alerts Management.
Users can edit an existing Alert as described in the following table.

Click the Ellipsis… in the Actions column to the right of the alert’s row and select Edit Alert.

Make changes to the alert criteria and click Save.
From Alerts Management, click the Ellipsis … to the right of the alert’s row and select Delete.
