Description

Member Search

Quickly search by member first name, last name, and/or Admission ID.

Notifications Overview

Overview of current open or high-priority Notifications.

Messages Overview

Message overview, divided by open Notes, high-priority Notes, open Notes that are New Today, and notes that are specifically Assigned To Me. Click View All to open the Message Center.

Placement Overview

Overview of current Placements, including both Home Health and Non-Home Health, broken down as follows:

  • Denied – Provider denied the Placement request.

  • No Answer – Provider did not answer the request within the acceptance window.

  • Needs More Time – Provider needs more time to decide.

  • Waiting – Member has no Placement request yet.

  • Pending – Provider has not yet responded to the Placement request.

  • Recently Placed – Member was recently placed with a Provider.
