Member Account Page

The Member Account page under Member > Search > search for and select a Member, is divided into three areas: a demographic summary across the top which contains a status history, a main panel in the center, and a left-hand navigation bar that contains the following items.

Description

Calendar

A calendar of Caregiver Visits as well as a list of active Authorizations.

Provider Info

A list of current and past Placements as well as the ability to add a new Placement.

Member Profile

Demographic, contact, and address information—along with general information (including insurance, the assigned Nurse, and the Service Coordinator).

Notes

Member-specific Notes.

Authorization

A list of all Authorizations as well as features to add, edit, or delete Authorizations.

Visits

A sortable list of Caregiver visits that includes billing information and claim status.

Plan of Care

A list of duties performed by a Caregiver when providing services to a Member.
