Member Account Page
The Member Account page under Member > Search > search for and select a Member, is divided into three areas: a demographic summary across the top which contains a status history, a main panel in the center, and a left-hand navigation bar that contains the following items.

Member-specific Notes. |
Authorization |
A list of all Authorizations as well as features to add, edit, or delete Authorizations. |
Visits |
A sortable list of Caregiver visits that includes billing information and claim status. |
Plan of Care |
A list of duties performed by a Caregiver when providing services to a Member. |
