Search for a Member

To search for a Member (Member, Search), use any or all of the following filters and click Search to return a list of results.

Filter	Description
Admission ID	HHAeXchange system code for the Member
Last Name	Member’s last name
First Name	Member’s first name
Status	Member’s status, as follows: Active – (Default) Member is currently undergoing care Discharged – Member has been discharged from the hospital Hold – Member has been manually placed on hold Hospitalized – Member is in the hospital Partially Placed – Member has multiple Placements but not all are active Pending – Placement has been offered to a Provider Waiting – Member is waiting to be placed with a Provider
Member ID	Secondary identification number
Phone Number	The Member’s phone numbers
Member Team	The team assigned to the Member
Coordinator	The Coordinator responsible for the Member
Provider	The Provider who will offer services to the Member
Authorization Number	Any Authorization number associated with the Member
Provider TIN	Tax ID number of the Provider. Appended to Provider Name in search results.
Medicaid ID	The Member’s Medicaid ID. When the user searches for a Member using the Medicaid ID filter, all other Member search filters are disabled.If more than one Member matches the Medicaid ID filter search, a list of all matching Members is displayed.

Results appear in a table on the bottom area of the screen in sortable columns. To open a Member’s Account page, click the link in the Member name column.
