Update Member Status

When you update a Member’s Status to Hold or Hospitalized, no Visits can be scheduled or carried out. In addition, the Member’s Status is updated to reflect the option you selected.

To update a Member’s Status, complete the following steps.

  1. At the top right of the Member Profile page under Member > Search > search for and select a Member, click Update Member Status. A dialog box appears.

  2. Select a Date and a Status—Hospitalized or Hold.

  3. Click Save to finish updating the Member’s Status.
