Visits Page

On the Visits page, you can search for Member Visits and see results in a table view. The Visits page contains much of the same information as the Calendar page but is better suited to searching for Visits.

To open the Visits page, from a member search result, click Visits in the left-hand navigation.

The Visits page is divided into two sections: a top section that contains filters to search for Visits, and a bottom section that contains Visit search results.

After visits are displayed, the user can click the Export button at right to generate a .CSV file of the visit search results.

The Caregiver listed on the Visits tab is displayed as a link. The user can click the Caregiver link to access the Caregiver Profile.

The user can click the Claim Status value to view Claim Status Details from the Provider.

The Suggested Schedule Time displays under the Scheduled column (replacing the duration time) with an icon to indicate a suggested time frame for a visit to occur. This option is available only for Daily Variable and Weekly Variable schedule types. Hover over the icon indicates that the visit has a suggested schedule time.

A suggested schedule time is a suggestion and does not affect or limit when a visit takes place.
