HHAeXchange is permission-based, so access to certain features may vary depending on your role and organization settings.
New Features
The No Services After Authorization Start Alert is now available. This new alert notifies the Payer that a Member is not receiving services despite the Authorization having started.
The Payer sets up the alert so that it triggers after a certain number of days past the Authorization start date.

There are now some new validations in place to make sure new Member addresses are correct.

Address Line 1, City and State are now mandatory fields.

Address Line 1 and City require at least 2 characters.
If any of these requirements are not met, an error message displays prompting you to correct the information.
