What You Need to Know |
|---|---|---|
|
The Integration File Dashboard now defaults to showing only records that are currently on the reprocess log, with the option to switch the view to see all records, including older or fully-failed ones. |
This view now matches what providers already see on their own reprocessing log, so everyone is looking at the same picture. By defaulting to just the active reprocess records, users can focus on what's actionable today — while still being able to switch to the full view when they need to dig into older or historical records. |
No action is needed to receive this update. A record is considered "on reprocess log" if it was received in the last 90 days AND its rejection code is configured for reprocessing. The default view will show only these records; toggling to "all records" will show everything, including records outside that 90-day window or without a configured rejection code. |

Why It Matters |
|---|---|
|
We’ve added a new Employee Access report (available to both EVV and Aggregator users) to help administrators and auditors quickly review who accessed which employee records, from where in the system, and when. |
Tracking who viewed sensitive employee data — and when — is essential for security audits and compliance reviews but piecing that together manually across modules is slow and error-prone. This report consolidates that information into a single, exportable view, making it much faster to investigate access activity or respond to an audit request. |
State & Health Plan EVV Compliance Report
|
What's New |
Why It Matters |
|---|---|
|
This release introduces the State & Health Plan EVV Compliance Report for Payer users, providing claims-based compliance analytics, multi-level drill-down capabilities, and the ability to export compliance data in the NYSDOH-required format. The solution is integrated with the Payer Portal available to users with appropriate role permissions and accessible via the Reports menu. |
This update supports NY Payers with the ability to comply with state required reporting needs, but also with the ability to engage with and understand the underlying information needed to manage compliance rates over time. |
Conflict Management & FUSE Reporting
|
What's New |
|---|
|
Provider Conflict Management Defaulted conflict working queue to show Unresolved, In Progress, and Waiting for Response conflicts (hides Resolved and No Resolution by default) to focus user attention on Conflicts requiring action. |
| FUSE Reporting
Delivering the Employee Access report to AR this release cycle instead of last release cycle. |
