What's New October 2026
NY DOH has asked plans to explain any “Unknown” MC Plan/Product values in their next EVV Reporting submission. The October release of the State & Health Plan EVV Compliance Report includes enhancements to help reduce Unknown records and resolve those that remain.
What’s New
-
Fewer Unknown Lines of Business: If the Authorization does not identify a Line of Business (LOB), the report uses the LOB from the Payer Paid Claim file (Reserved Field 2). If the two sources differ, the Authorization continues to take priority.
-
Easier Unknown correction: The Line of Business > Unknown export now includes a ClaimKey column. Users can export Unknown records, add the correct LOB values, and provide the file to their Customer Success Manager for reprocessing.
-
Service Type visibility: A Service Type card has been added to the Summary page so users can compare compliance across Lines of Business, such as CDPAS and PC.
-
TIN added: The report now includes a TIN column.
-
Plan Name display fix: The Plan Name on the No Visit Found tile now displays correctly throughout the provider experience. The underlying data was already correct; some locations previously displayed a hardcoded value.
Conflict Management includes several enhancements to support conflict identification, investigation, and processing.
-
Caregiver matching: Non-SSN caregiver matching for conflict identification is now supported across additional states.
-
Provider users: The Conflict Export now includes a Coordinator field. Targeted reprocessing of conflicts older than 18 months is also available based on provider requests.
-
Payer and state users: Help text and tooltips have been added to existing dashboard calculations and analytics.
-
Aggregator exports: Aggregator exports now run asynchronously and can be retrieved from the Exports page.
These enhancements currently apply to New York and Minnesota Aggregator and support readiness for the Minnesota Conflict Management go-live.
