Export Zero Rate Visits
This feature is activated by HHAeXchange System Administration. Contact HHAeXchange Support Team for details, setup, and guidance.
For certain contract types, an Agency may allow $0 visits to be exported. This functionality is commonly used in coordination with Surplus contracts but can be enabled for any contract type. This topic provides instructions on how to allow $0 visits to be exported.

The most common workflow for an Agency is to only export a visit with an Unpaid status. When the Allow Zero Rate Visits to be Exported checkbox is selected for a contract, the HHAeXchange system uses the following logic to determine if a visit with a $0 rate is exported:
-
If the 3rd Party Amount for the visit = $0, then the status is Paid
-
If the 3rd Party Amount for the visit is < > $0 (not equal to $0), then the status is Unpaid
Allow Zero Rate Visits to be Exported: Paid Status = Unpaid if Billed Amount = $0, and 3rd Party Amount <> $0
