Manage the Family Portal on the Family Dashboard

The Family Portal is managed by the Agency on the HHAeXchange system. Go to Visit > Patient Visit Family Dashboard to access the Family Dashboard and manage Schedule Visit Change Requests and Raised Concerns requests made by Patients and Patient advocates. Schedule changes can be approved or rejected before billing takes place.
