How do I start a Password Reset for a System User?

Agency administrators can start a password reset for any system agency user.

  1. Go to Admin > User Management > Search User to find the user.

  2. On the user row, click the Edit link to access their Update User Account page.

  3. On the page, click the Reset Password link.

    The system alerts that an email has been sent to the user with a reset password link. The link is available for the next 12 hours.
  4. Click outside the alert window to close and return to the User Account page.

  5. When the user receives the password reset email with instructions, instruct them to follow the prompts in the email.
