Oversight Service Code

An Oversight Service Code prebilling rule requires Agencies to perform non-billable Skilled visits every specified number of days for example, every 60 days based on an Oversight Service Code, created and enforced by a Payer.

If the supervisory visit is not performed within the specified number of days, then the billable visit can be denied and refused payment. A Missing Required Oversight Visit exception displays in the Prebilling Problem(s) field.
