The HHAeXchange Mobile App is a handy tool providing Caregivers with real-time schedule information. Available for both iPhone and Android, the Mobile App may be used to place EVVs, enter Duties, and request Open Shifts.

Activating the Caregiver’s Mobile profile as well as configuring and enabling the various features of the Mobile App is the Agency’s responsibility. This topic provides instructions and guidance for Agencies to set up the HHAeXchange Mobile App on their systems.
