Mobile Device ID

Agencies may restrict access to the Mobile App by linking the Caregiver’s Mobile ID to a Mobile Device ID. To link these two values, Agencies must enter the Mobile Device ID in the Caregiver Profile.

Once a value is entered in this field, the system validates the Mobile Device IDeach time the Caregiver logs in to the app. If the Mobile Device ID and Caregiver Mobile ID do not match, the system does not allow the Caregiver to log in.
