The Duties page you can document tasks performed throughout the visit. You can select the Duties tile from the Schedule > Visit > Visit Details

When Allow Caregiver to Log Duties after Clock-In option is enabled by the Agency, the Duties tile displays in the Visit Details page. Prior to Clock Out, you can add and modify tasks performed throughout the visit.
