Reset the Carehub Mobile App Password

There are two ways to reset your password, Change Password from the Menu and Forgot Password from the Login page.

To change your Mobile App password,

  1. From the Menu, tap Change Password.

  2. On the Change Password page, type the Current Password and New Password. Type the new password again in Confirm New Password.

  3. When finished, tap Save to change the password and return to the Menu.

To reset your Carehub Mobile App password

  1. From the Login page, tap Forgot Password?

  2. On the Forgot Password page, type the Email address associated with the account.

  3. Tap Continue.

  4. Check your email account for the HHAeXchange email message containing a link to reset your password. Tap the link.

  5. On the Reset Password page, enter and confirm a new password.

  6. Tap Reset Password. A confirmation displays that instructs you to proceed to the mobile app and login in with your new password.

After 10 failed login attempts, you are locked out of the Mobile App. Use the Forgot Password feature to reset your password.
