Carehub Mobile App Patient Preferences

In the Patient Preferences page you can view Care Requirements and Patient Care Preferences. You can select the Patient Preferences tile from the Schedule > Visit > Visit Details.

Care Requirements are documented by the Agency and gives you detailed information about the patient and their care. Patient Care Preferences are notes that all Caregivers who work with the patient are able to add, view, and edit.
