How do I fix a missing linked contract authorization for a member?
If the member is active and there’s no authorization in the system, contact the linked payer using their preferred method. Ask the payer if the member has an active authorization.

A workaround for UPR linked contracts is to add a temporary authorization, as explained in the Creating a TEMP Authorization section of the UPR topic Authorization.
