Access the Integrated MD Order from the Patient Profile

When an integrated MD Order is created from an eDoc, it also appears in the Patient MD Orders page under Patient > MD Order. Fields that were disabled on the integrated MD Order when accessed from the assessment are disabled when accessed from the Patient MD Orders page. Any modifications to these fields must be made from the assessment to ensure consistency between the documents.
