Appointments Page Missed Visits

From the Appointments page under Visit > Appointments Providers can document Missed Visits when selecting the Missed Visit checkbox. When selected, the Mark as Missed Visit window opens. Select the New Reason and Action Taken fields.

These Payer-managed lists of Reasons and Action Taken are the same lists used when marking a Missed Visit on the Visit Info tab.
