Automatic Notes

The HHAeXchange system automatically creates a new Note if one of the following actions is performed:

Occurrence

Description

Authorization

When Authorization has been added, updated, or deleted.

Missed Visit

When a Visit has been marked as Missed.

Patient Status

When the Patient’s Status has been changed.

Discharge Date

When the Patient’s Discharge Date has been changed.

Change of Plan

When a real-time alert for Member Change of Plan is generated in the Payer application, a Member Change of Plan Alert Note is sent to the Provider when a Member is out-bounding (transferred to a new Payer).
